This is my second time using Paul Davis Restoration for my house and they are a pleasure to work with! Josh is always very kind and professional over the phone. When I explained that a leaky pipe dripped through my ceiling over my TV stand, and that I am laid up after surgery and unable to move it, Josh came over and had a team move my (very heavy) antique dresser-turned-tv stand and everything on it for me. As soon as the plumbers fixed my pipe, John and Chase came to remediate water damage. I'm very curious, so they answered all of my questions and explained everything each step of the way. John remembered me from moving my things the week prior, so he asked about my recovery, which was very kind. As for the remediation, John and Chase were very quick, tidy, and professional. They covered the room with plastic sheeting before cutting a hole in my ceiling. While cutting, John held the shop vac hose up against the saw to minimize dust. They both worked together to set up a very fancy dehumidifier, and taped down the drain hose on the floor so I wouldn't trip over it on my knee scooter. They cleaned up, down to picking up some mess on the carpet my daughter had left behind, and vacuumed afterwards. The whole time, Chase documented the work being completed so insurance would cover it-- a detail that I greatly appreciate. The following morning, Josh called and let me know that John would stop by to check on the ceiling in the morning. Paul Davis Restoration is an excellent company to work with. I feel very lucky that my homeowners insurance sends them out whenever I need help. Hopefully, I won't need restoration services again for a long while, but if I do, I know who I want working on my house. Mary A.
