Front Office Coordinator
The Front Office Coordinator position is the hub of our company. As a professional restoration service, we often meet our clients when something unexpected and destructive has happened to their property. The Front Office Coordinator is the first person these clients meet, the person who sets the tone of the relationship and puts clients at ease and the person who disseminates information to the rest of the office. The right person for this position is cheerful, empathetic, organized and energetic. He or she can manage multi-line telephones, has a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry specific software. The position is in Owings Mills, Maryland. Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm M-F. Duties include conversing with clients, subcontractors, insurance professionals, etc. on the phone, accurately and promptly relaying messages to coworkers, creating working documents for the mitigation and reconstruction teams, some copying and filing and additional duties as assigned.
